OTTO started as a tiny slice shop in Portland’s Arts District in 2009. With high-quality ingredients, and innovative combinations, owners Mike Keon and Anthony Allen expanded the notion of what pizza could be. Very quickly, OTTO’s signature pies and slices were enthusiastically embraced. OTTO’s signature Mashed Potato, Bacon & Scallion pizza (always made with Maine potatoes) is now a bona fide Portland staple.
Nearly 6 years after opening, OTTO now serves discerning pizza aficionados at 10 locations in Maine and Massachusetts — with the same heart, soul, and a smile that Porlander’s experienced in that tiny shop in 2009. OTTO is so proud to be part of Portland they made it part of their logo.
OTTO’s pizza has been named Best Pizza, Best Delivery, and Best Late Night Food by the Portland Phoenix. Yankee Magazine named OTTO the Best Pizza in New England in 2014.
