Yoga Nidra

Join Nicole in this powerful healing practice to release layers of holding and tension. Yoga Nidra means “sleep with trace awareness” and is a deep guided relaxation and visualization with inner awareness. It is often called the “sleep that awakens the soul.” During this 1 hour of Yoga Nidra you will get comfortable, sink into stillness and relax deeply. One hour of yoga Nidra is like 4 hours of sleep. Set aside time for you to receive the benefits of this practice.
