Portland’s top chefs, mixologists, brewers and distilleries are putting native seagreens of all kinds front and center on the menu Apr 27–May 4 2019 to highlight this delicious, nutrient-dense, sustainable local crop that supports working waterfront jobs. Supporting events include a kick-off party at Maine Craft Distilling, cooking demos at LeRoux Kitchen, a Fork Food Lab competition and tours of a kelp farm in Casco Bay.
