As evidenced by the ILSR survey findings above, buy local campaigns play a critical role in driving consumers to ‘shift their shopping’ to local businesses. As our 2013 membership drive kicks off, we hope that you will continue to support Portland Buy Local and our mission to educate the public about the importance of buying locally, whether as an existing member or new business, nonprofit, or individual member. From outreach to special events, from Mixers to Downtown Worker Appreciation Day – it’s all possible because of our support from you.
