Space Gallery

SPACE is a nonprofit multidisciplinary art space featuring visual arts, live music and performance, film, artists lectures and more. Each year we present more than 200 events and nearly a dozen visual art exhibits.

Where commercial and traditional spaces rely on known quantities, SPACE embraces risk and innovation. We foster true creativity through our mission to present contemporary, emerging and unconventional art, artists and ideas. As an incubator, SPACE helps emerging artists become more recognized, while making unconventional art and ideas more accessible to the general public.

The strongest programs are those that couldn’t exist elsewhere in the community. Our unusual breadth of offerings allows SPACE to appeal to a wide audience: people of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and professions can find a home at SPACE. Over time, we earn the trust of our audience, allowing visitors to go outside of their comfort zone. A music patron attends a concert, only to find herself intrigued by an upcoming documentary film or the next art exhibition, and returns for the new experience.
